- 30-day period after receipt
- Desired size available in stock
Procedure
- Contact us via Instagram, Facebook or email at customerservice@smartwag.com.
- Purchase the reshipping voucher for the replacement product → smartwag.com/product/product-exchange/
- Return the parcelat your expense to the address below, including your order number and desired size
- Once received, your replacement item will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days
Please note: we will provide the return address during step 1.
Please keep proof of postage until the exchange is complete. Products are checked on arrival before the replacement is prepared, and our customer service team will contact you if the requested size is no longer available.
