Precautions for use:
This product is not suitable for use in hand, nor for riding under heavy tension. It will normally give way if the horse pulls at the tether, in hand, gets a rein stuck in a limb or under heavy tension. It should only be used with horses that have been finely trained in the codes of ennasures.
Smart Wag declines all responsibility in the event of the noseband rhinestones becoming detached as a result of a horse having scratched itself.
A little Smartwag advice: Our bridles run slightly small, so if in doubt, take the next size up. Measurements can be found below. If the chosen size does not fit, an exchange is possible depending on available stock (at the buyer's expense).

Smart Wag maintenance tips :
For a new leather :
Your new leather Smart Wag sidepull still has all its natural moisture and doesn't need to be rehydrated with glycerine soap.
On the contrary, this maintenance product could alter the colour of leathers having a natural finish (aniline), especially the brown or havana leathers.
Vous pouvez cependant assouplir les parties » non critiques » comme les montant de filet et de muserolle avec un peu d’huile et la laisser sécher ( dans un endroit sec et ombragé).
Pour un bridon déjà utilisé:
A chaque utilisation, enlevez la poussière avec un petit chiffon. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’utiliser un produit d’entretien après chaque utilisation. Au contraire certains produits de nettoyage à base d’agents de surface anionique peuvent abimer le vernis de votre bridon. Veillez à utiliser des produits aux composants doux et à éviter au maximum de frictionner votre cuir durant le nettoyage.
Il est recommandé de nettoyer votre bridon une fois par mois avec un savon glyceriné (à composition non détergente) .
